Bio
A career built on getting the numbers right
I managed 150 quality professionals across North America, directed production and inventory for a Honda Tier 1 supplier, and grew a plant's business 247% in 14 months. I spent about 12 years as Vice President of Operations at LeVeck Lighting Products, where I grew the sign and electrical service division from $1.4 million to $4.6 million in annual sales.
Today I run operations at Facility Innovations Group, helping our team deliver more than 100 projects. I write the procedures and train the people so the work stays consistent. Lately I have been putting AI to work on the repetitive operations and administrative work that keeps people from the part of the job that needs a person.
I lead outside of work too. I founded HandRaised, a national volunteering effort based in Troy, Ohio, and I am leading it the way I have led teams: with clear goals, honest numbers, and follow-through. After years of serving on the Troy Strawberry Festival board and co-chairing Promote Troy DORA, I want more people, and more families, to find a place to help and get started.

Troy is home. I served on the Troy Strawberry Festival board in 2023 and 2024. I am a past Shuttle Co-Chair and Adopt-a-Berry Chair for the festival, and I co-chaired Promote Troy DORA.

Why HandRaised
Founder, HandRaised
HandRaised is a national volunteering effort based in Troy, Ohio. It helps kids, teens, families, and adults find a local way to volunteer and follow through on it.
It grows out of what I have done in Troy: the Strawberry Festival board in 2023 and 2024, the shuttle, Adopt-a-Berry, and the Promote Troy DORA campaign. Community, family, and leaving things better than I found them are what I care about most, and HandRaised puts them to work.
