Bio
I managed 150 quality professionals across North America, directed production and inventory for a Honda Tier 1 supplier, and grew a plant's business 247% in 14 months. I spent about 12 years as Vice President of Operations at LeVeck Lighting Products, where I grew the sign and electrical service division from $1.4 million to $4.6 million in annual sales.
Today I run operations at Facility Innovations Group, helping our team deliver more than 100 projects. I write the procedures and train the people so the work stays consistent. Lately I have been putting AI to work on the part of running a company that nobody enjoys: the paperwork and the repeating tasks. I am building automations that carry a new hire from their first day to their last, and systems that keep job costs, labor, schedules, and budgets in step without anyone chasing spreadsheets. The goal is simple. Give people their time back so they can spend it on the work that needs a person.
Troy is home. I served on the Troy Strawberry Festival board in 2023 and 2024. I am a past Shuttle Co-Chair and Adopt-a-Berry Chair for the festival.
